SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Lucky Mehal, we strive to deliver your favorite beauty products across Pakistan with speed and
care. Our shipping policy is designed to be transparent and efficient to ensure your satisfaction.
Lucky Mehal dispatches orders 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday). Since Sunday is a non-working day in Pakistan, no order processing or dispatching takes place on Sundays. However, customers can still place orders anytime through our website: https://luckymehal.store

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time). Orders placed before this time are processed and shipped on the same day, while orders placed after the cut-off time are handled on the next working day.
Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days in major cities and settled areas. For remote locations such as interior Sindh, interior Balochistan, and Gilgit-Baltistan, delivery may take 4–5 working days depending on the courier service.
Customers receive order confirmation, processing, and delivery updates via SMS or call to keep them informed at every step.
We also offer a 7-day return or replacement policy in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if you are not satisfied at the time of delivery.
DISPATCH SCHEDULE
We dispatch orders six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. Please note that Sunday is a non-
working day in Pakistan; therefore, our dispatch operations do not run on Sundays. However, you
can still place orders via our website or social media channels at any time.
Daily Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
To have your order included in the same-day consignment, please ensure your order is placed
before 5:00 PM. Orders received after this time will be processed and dispatched on the next
working day.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible:
- Major Cities & Settled Areas: Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 working days.
- Remote Areas: For destinations such as Interior Sindh, Interior Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan,
and other remote regions, delivery may take 4 to 5 working days.

Stay updated on your purchase! Our customers receive confirmation messages and calls at the
following stages:
- When the order is successfully Booked.
