Lucky Mehal offers a 7-day hassle-free return policy. After 7 days from the delivery date, we are unable to accept any return or refund claims.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be clean, undamaged, and not altered
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (box/wrapper)

Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature, including perishable goods such as food items, fresh flowers, temperature-sensitive products, newspapers, and magazines.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, birthday or anniversary presents
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health, hygiene, and personal care items

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds (Applicable in Certain Cases)

Partial refunds may be approved for:

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, games, software, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Any item returned after the 7-day return period

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or card payment) within 24–48 hours.

If you have not received your refund after approval, please:

  1. Check your bank account statement
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
  3. Review SMS notifications from Easypaisa or JazzCash

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or refund. Sale or discounted items are not refundable.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please send it to the address mentioned on your parcel.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of approved returns, courier charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

For items above Rs. 5,000, we recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return delivery. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
